Email Me	Josh Simonton Managing Director and Chief Executive Josh Simonton is a founding member of Alliance and serves as a Managing Director. Josh also serves as the Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, he is responsible for implementation of Alliance’s strategic direction and management of day-to-day company operations. Josh has a successful track record in real estate investment and development. He has participated in acquisition, brokering, entitling and developing several residential subdivisions. He is the owner, founder and manager of numerous successful real estate investment and development companies and has nearly a decade of experience in the Arizona land market.
Email Me	Jerry Coleman Managing Director and General Counsel Jerry Coleman is a founding member of Alliance and serves as a Managing Director and General Counsel. He oversees Alliance’s legal and risk management matters and provides guidance, training and legal support for Alliance’s operations. Jerry earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Arizona State University in 1997 and a Juris Doctorate degree from Brigham in 2001. He has been a member of the Arizona State Bar since 2001. He is also a member of numerous professional and charitable organizations, including the Arizona Management Society, Urban Land Institute, the Once Like Me Foundation in which he serves as a Board Member. He is also involved with and supports the Anasazi Foundation, Micro Credit Enterprises, Forever Young Foundation, the Boy Scouts of America, and the Benson Institute.
Email Me	Suzanne Sanders Suzanne Sanders is responsible for marketing, human resources and serves as the Alliance Controller. She provides strategic financial guidance and support including: accounting, tax, cash management, and banking relationships. Prior to joining the Alliance Investment Group, Suzanne worked as a manager at the Wencor Group for more than 10 years. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. She also holds an Arizona Real Estate License.
Email Me	Jim Edens Sales Manager Jim Edens is responsible for the marketing and management of Alliance Investment Group properties. He plays a key role in the strategic obtaining and selling of properties. In his current role, Jim focuses on the sale and purchase of large parcels of land. His enthusiasm and experience have quickly made Jim a valuable asset to large land transactions in this area. This focus has allowed him to become an expert on the trends and developments taking place in this rapidly developing area. Prior to joining the Alliance team Jim performed various real estate transactions for homebuilders, residential, commercial, and private investors in Arizona and Utah.
Email Me	Mallory Stroud Graphic Design/ Research Specialist Mallory Stroud is Alliance Investment Group’s Graphic Design Specialist. She is responsible for the creation of all Marketing Materials. In addition she also provides market research and assistance in strategic planning and due diligence activities. Her abilities and computer aptitude also make her a valuable team member and researcher. Mallory’s creativity and her eye for detail are among her strengths. Mallory is involved with the American Lung Association as well as “CARE” a humanitarian organization fighting global poverty.
